This notice explains how Synergic Swift Publication Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles the personal data of people who apply for a job or internship with us, including general (speculative) applications. It is our notice under section 5 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rule 3 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and adds to our Privacy Policy.

We collect this data from you. We contact referees, or check qualifications or previous employment, only after telling you and with your agreement.
Please do not include in your CV or cover letter your Aadhaar number, bank details, health information, religion, caste, photograph or similar details, unless an opening specifically and lawfully needs them. We do not ask for them at the application stage.
Your consent
- Considering your application: when you apply, you tick a box to agree that we may use your data to consider you for the opening you chose (or, for a general application, for suitable openings at the time) and contact you about it.
- Keeping your application for other openings (optional): a separate box, never ticked for you, lets us keep your application to consider you for other suitable openings later. You can apply without ticking it.
- You must be 18 or older to apply.
Who sees your application
Your application, and especially your CV, is seen only by the staff handling recruitment and the people interviewing you. CVs are kept in private storage that is not part of the public website, and every download is recorded. Our hosting provider stores the data, and our email service providers deliver our emails to you, under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell your data or share it with other employers.
How long we keep it
- Your application and CV: kept until you ask us to delete them or the purpose ends; we will publish a specific period here.
- If you allowed us to keep it for other openings: we keep it for that purpose until you withdraw that permission or ask us to delete it; we will publish a specific period here. You can withdraw that permission at any time; if you were not selected for the opening you applied for, we then delete your CV.
- If you join us: the information becomes part of your employee records, and you will receive our employee privacy notice.
Your rights
You can ask to see a summary of your data, correct or update it, have it erased, withdraw your consent (for example, withdraw your application or the permission to keep it), nominate someone to exercise your rights, and complain. Use our privacy request form, or write to support@synergicswiftpublication.com quoting your application reference. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and respond within 90 days.
Withdrawing your application does not affect a decision already made, but we will stop considering you and delete your CV. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a complaint, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process.
Security
We protect applications with encryption in transit (HTTPS), private file storage, role-based staff access and an audit log of who opened what, as described in our Privacy Policy. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
